Client Services Associate

The Conservation Center is soliciting applicants to join the company’s sales department as a Client Services Associate.  The sales department provides account management, administrative, and client services on all client accounts. The position works in a team oriented environment with daily duties including preparing client quotes, processing approvals, updating data in the accounting and CRM systems. Primary role responsibilities are focused on leads, opportunities, and account management as projects develop. The Client Services Associate works quickly, promptly and accurately to insure the satisfaction of The Center's clients through the quality and accuracy of artwork documentation. This is a detail-oriented role that provides exposure to nearly all aspects of conservation.

Senior Objects Conservator

Senior Objects Conservator

The Conservation Center is soliciting applicants to join the company's Objects Department as a Senior Objects Conservator. This department provides conservation treatments on different types of artifacts ranging from decorative arts, archaeological and ethnographic objects, and modern and contemporary art. The ideal candidate should have the following: working knowledge of materials, techniques, and ethics of object conservation; extremely fine manual skills; the ability to carry out treatments of minor to major complexity; sound judgment; the ability to meet scheduled deadlines; and the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients as a positive and productive team member.

The Conservation Center in Chicago is searching for an Associate Paintings Conservator in effort to expand the company’s Paintings Department. The ideal candidate should have the following: working knowledge of materials, techniques, and ethics of painting conservation; extremely fine manual skills; the ability to carry out treatments of minor to major complexity; sound judgment; the ability to meet scheduled deadlines; and the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients as a positive and productive team member.
