Open House Featuring The Conservation Center's Laboratory Designed by Studio Gang Architects

On September 12th, we debuted our stunning new conservation laboratory - designed by Jeanne Gang and her staff at Studio Gang Architects - with a VIP reception and tour of the facility. With 16-foot ceilings, large arched windows, and a Geo-thermal HVAC system, the LEED certified building is the new home of The Conservation Center. With natural light-flooded spaces, the conditions are wonderful for the delicate and detailed work performed by the conservators. Heather Becker, CEO of The Conservation Center, says, "We now have a space to match the breadth and depth of our work."

In addition to the food, drinks, and wonderful company, the open house celebration was a terrific opportunity to thank our clients as well as showcase a sample of treatments currently in our care.
