Administrative Internship
The Conservation Center is seeking interns who are interested in gaining experience working under
the direction of the administrative management team of an art conservation laboratory. Interns assist
in our administrative offices with daily administrative tasks, drafting and editing marketing materials,
building contact lists and email templates in Constant Contact, assisting in the development of new
marketing campaigns, preparation for networking and professional development events, website
management and updates, and other special projects as they arise. Interns also assist in our registrar
department with database entry and inventory of artwork, gain knowledge on art identification, assist
with storage maintenance, assist with documentary photography, and other special projects as they
arise.

Ideal candidates should have an interest in the fine arts, and experience in fine art, art history and/or
art administration. Excellent writing and editing skills are required. Experience with Microsoft Office,
Constant Contact, Webvanta and various social media platforms are requested.
 
All internships are unpaid and are offered year-round. A minimum commitment of 2 days per week is
